Hi, my name is Helen, I’m in my late 30's and I’m a mom of 3 adorable children. Every workout in Bodyweight Burn is designed to be completed in 21 minutes. A significant part of the program is based on interval training. If you’re familiar with high intensity intervals, you’ll know how effective they are:

As I began to lose weight, I started to feel better about myself, which made my desire to transform my body even stronger. I also started to get attention from others (especially men) and my friends and family were all so happy for me.

I felt proud of myself. That incredible sense of freedom you feel when life opens up. The sensation of your new slim body responding like it hasn’t since you were a teenager. It was intoxicating!
